The Jolly Grotto

Terms And Conditions

All Tickets are under these terms and conditions that are listed below and upon buying tickets you agree to these terms and conditions set out.

All children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult, if anyone is found to be not doing this will be asked to leave the grotto and no refund will be given.

LATENESS & PARKING

The Jolly Grotto is run on tight time schedules and cannot let in any guests once your time is over and the show is started and we are not able to move these to new time slots. no refunds are given to lateness. we advice to arrive to the grotto from your session 10 minutes prior to your start time to give yourself plenty of time. please be aware the Jolly Grotto is located in the outside area of the Thurrock Garden Centre and so please take this in account with your timing.

There is lots of parking located at the garden centre however this is run on a first come first serve basis and please give yourself enough time to prepare for this.

BABY’S & SMALL INFANTS

A baby or small infant must be bought with a fully paying ticket and there are no exceptions with this, we have of course listed a smaller fee for babies and infants under the age of 2 to make sure that babies and infants under the age of 2 are included as much as any member visiting the Jolly Grotto.

OLDER CHILDREN OVER THE AGE OF 12

A older child over 12 can be bought as a adult ticket if they wish to not be included within the activies and the present at the end of the experience, if you wish for your older child to be involved then you will need to buy a childs ticket.

BOOKING OR CANCELLATION POLICY

All bookings are non refundable, and also non transferable. Any changes must be made in writing to the email info@thejollygrotto.co.uk and will be subject to a ยฃ12 Administration Fee. No changes can be made within 48 hours of your booking slot.

TICKET HOLDER

The main ticket buyer has the responsibility to check that all details on their ticket booking is correct and that all tickets are present on arrival of the The Jolly Grotto.

3rd PARTY TICKET PURCHASE

The Jolly Gotto cannot accept any tickets bought from a third party or other person, unfortunately scammer are currently around especially during christmas so we can only guarantees tickets purchased directly from us that are valid.

DATA PROTECTION

Any data held or taken by The Party Monsters Group is used by us only and will not be shared to a third party nor passed onto other companies.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND FREE PHOTO BOOTH PHOTOS

During your time at the Jolly Grotto there is a free photo booth opportunity in which you will be offered a FREE DIGITAL PHOTO ONLY included which will be obtained within your experience itself, this is also published to our socials, if you wish to not take part in this please let our photo team know. There will be an additional option to buy your grotto photos in physical form for an additional price at our photo kiosk after your Grotto experience.ย  We do from time to time have a photographer or videographer operating to use photos for our socials and if you wish to not be part of this please let us know on the day of your visit.

EXTRA TICKETS

Unfortunately if a session is sold out and we have no available tickets left we are unable to accept a new person into the exsisting booking and due to health and safety this is no acceptions to this. Any abusive behaviour towards the staff or members of the public will end in the result of your ticket being cancelled for your whole party and you will be escorted off of the premies by security. No refund will be given for any parties involved or in the booking.

LIABILITY & INJURIES

The Jolly Grotto and Party Monsters Limited is unable to accept liability for personal damages, losses or injuries sustained at your experience at the Jolly Grotto and all property that is bought by yourself is the sole responsibility of the party. Should a injury happen during your time at the Jolly Grotto we do have a first aid team within the Thurrock Garden Centre and so please make a member of staff aware however we take no responsibility for injuries cause unlawfully or due to absense of a adult present nor injury cause on purpose.

All complaints must be emailed to info@thejollygrotto.co.uk and a response will be made within 48 hours of the emails receipt.
